Today I’m going to introduce you to this amazing Apple Cookbook. But before I do, I must tell you a little secret. I’m allergic to apples. So, why would I want to review a cookbook chalk full of apple recipes… well, basically if the apples are cooked I can consume them without an allergic reaction. I love apples, I have an apple tree in my backyard and never know just what to do with them all. Well, with The Apple Cookbook… I’m in apple heaven.

I really enjoyed doing one of the many Instagram Book Challenge’s last month however leading a busy life, sometimes I don’t have time to slip in a simple photo challenge. (or it’s too late in the day and the light is not right, or lets face it – I forget) So, I made one that fit my needs. No Rules. No Stress. I can only do one if I want, I can skip a few days with no guilt, I can do the same one over and over again until my heart is content. Whatever, whenever with no guilt.
